About the Author

Developing speed, agility, and quickness enabled Coach Roger White to play college football at 5'8" and 155 pounds. Coach Roger White played wide receiver for Wayne State University Warriors for four years, serving as a Co-Captain during his Junior year. Coach Roger White graduated from Wayne State with a degree in Exercise Science and has worked with athletes from ages 5 through professional.

He is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
