Testimonials

"My teenage sons needed more power in order to compete at the next level, especially with the longer bases and longer fence. After just three sessions with Barry I took them to the NEW field to hit. It was simply amazing. .... hitting to the fence consistently with less effort. Barry's exercises worked just as he said they would and not only am I happy for choosing Barry, but my kids love the results and the training"

Robert Bath, Pa

"Legion ball was right around the corner and I slacked with my training so I
came to Barry to help me get stronger... My quickness actually improved (as he said it would),
but the power was very noticeable. Glad I made the right choice by training with
Barry"

John Shoe Allentown, Pa
