There are a lot of good books and videos on the mental game of baseball, but most of them leave it up to the reader / viewer to implement the concepts discussed. The CAP is a step by step program that teaches the viewer the "how to" of the mental game. The material has been field tested and appropriate for all levels of play. He encourages players below High School Varsity to have help from their parents. It is never to soon to start teaching a kid how to compete and how to play in the moment, but that players' parents know best when to roll out the concepts based on the players baseball maturity level. Many times the parent comes away with so many great concepts that they implement them in their careers and lives!
